Pursuant to Spike Up Athletics Inc's Bylaws, Article VII, D.3.ii, Bylaws and amendments must be permanently maintained. Spike Up Athletics only provides the most recent copy of its Bylaws online. Website visitors are welcome to submit a request to our Board of Directors to obtain a previous version of our Bylaws. Submit all request via our "Contact Us" page.
Pursuant to Spike Up Athletics Inc's Bylaws, Article VII, D.3.ii, Board and Committee Meeting Minutes must be retained for 3 years pursuant to the Idaho Nonprofit Corporation Act.
