• This tank will be collected at the conclusion of each season.

• Submit this order form so that Spike Up Athletics can issue the proper size to your athlete.

• Sizing must be submitted by the registrastion close date.

• Sizing Chart:

  • YS = Chest 26-28 (for middle schoolers only)

  • YM = Chest 30-32 (for middle schoolers only)

  • S = Chest 32-34

  • M = Chest 34-36

  • L = Chest 36-38

  • XL = Chest 38-40

  • 2XL = Chest 40-42

  • 3XL = Chest 42-44

  • 4XL = Chest 44-46
