  • Because Spike Up Athletics' uniforms are custom designed and ordered from Idaho Shirt Company, once Spike Up Athletics places the order, a refund cannot be issued, nor can a refund be issued for a uniform that was ordered in the wrong size. If Idaho Shirt Company is at fault for delivering a size that you did not order, Spike Up Athletics will request a refund from Idaho Shirt Company on your behalf. 

    If you cancel an order before Spike Up Athletics submits it to Idaho Shirt Company, Spike Up Athletics will issue you a full refund. 

    Before submitting your order to Spike Up Athletics, it's highly recommended that you measure the person that it's for to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
