Registration Is Now Open!
Updated: Nov 1, 2019
Registration Closes November 24, 2019 @ 11:59 pm.
We're so excited to be opening our registration process! We started working in October 2018 to bring Canyon County athletes, in particular, this club and things have finally come to fruition.
If this is your first time visiting our website, please click on every page and get familiar with where information is located. We want athletes and their parents to know everything there is to know about our club before the athlete begins the registration process. If at any time you have questions about anything, please visit our "Contact Us" page and send us an email. We will be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to work this fall/winter season with athletes who are exclusively pole vaulters and weight throwers. We have every intention of becoming a full-service running, jumping, and throwing club, and we'll do our best to be ready to provide services to these two groups of athletes beginning this coming summer 2020 season.
Save the Date: Practices Begin
We will begin practicing on October 28, 2019 at 4:30 pm for those athletes who registered early. All other registrants are free to join us at practice upon completing our registration process. Practices will be held at West Middle School in Nampa, which is located at 28 S. Midland Blvd. We choose to practice outside, even in the winter, because the fresh air is good for the athletes and it helps acclimate our athletes for their school's spring track and field season. We will be proactive in communicating with our athletes regarding the weather forecasts so that they can layer and prepare for practice accordingly. Our practices will consist of both track & field sessions and weightlifting sessions. Weightlifting is a critical piece of our training and helps the athlete become stronger and helps them to avoid injury due to the physical demands we will put on them. Some of our practices will also be held at the Jackson Indoor Track & Field facility which is located behind the Ford Idaho Center in Nampa. Visit our website's FAQ page for our practice schedule.
We hope to see you on the track! Come and help set the positive, hard-working, but fun tone this club needs on day one and play an integral part in its history and success!
